»The landscape was dreamy and captivating – from the north east tip in the Atacama Desert to the Patagonian Steppe down in the Chilean Arctic. Chile is a beautiful country. It was life-altering. »I like vintage film cameras. On trips, nothing is better than the half-frame Chaika: it’s so basic you can call it automatic, and with 72+ frames per roll you can snap away and not save film. I like the rangefinder Kiev-4 for its weighty metal body and cool sounds it makes. Among my non-vintage cameras I love the panoramic pinhole Holga; one of the thrills is framing the shot blindly and calculating the exposure.« Katya Knyazeva
